While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its walls was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

The ground was covered in grime , and a pungent odor of stale beer and uncleaned toilets permeated the entire bar . Emitting a scent of a mixture of urine , a rotting odor and sickness .
